Advancing Innovation Together

Innovative technologies are often created through close cooperation between research, education, and industry. We are therefore pleased to have supported WARR Rocketry, the student rocketry team of the Technical University of Munich, in a challenging engineering project.

For this project, LEUKA manufactured a highly precise component for a pintle injector used in a test engine. The manufacturing requirements were particularly demanding, as precision and reliability are essential for the performance of such components.

According to the team, the injector has since been successfully assembled, fully characterized, and tested multiple times. This positive feedback confirms the quality of the manufactured component and highlights the successful collaboration between the student development team and LEUKA.

What makes this project especially impressive is the dedication of the students, who independently tackle complex engineering challenges while gaining valuable hands-on experience in design, development, and testing. Projects like this play an important role in fostering the next generation of engineers and advancing innovative technologies.
