Whistleblower Reporting Office - Reporting Form
LEUKA promotes an open and lawful corporate culture. Employees, trainees, temporary workers, job applicants, former employees, and external parties (such as business partners, suppliers, or service providers) therefore have the opportunity, in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), to confidentially report suspected legal violations or other misconduct through our internal Whistleblower Reporting Office.
Reports may relate in particular to:
- Corruption / Bribery
- Fraud
- Violations of aviation compliance
- Quality manipulation
- Violations of occupational safety regulations
- Environmental violations
- Data protection violations
- Discrimination / Harassment
- Violations of company policies
- etc.
Note: The reporting office is not intended for general complaints or personal conflicts without legal relevance.
All reports are carefully reviewed, treated confidentially, and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Whistleblowers who submit reports to the best of their knowledge are protected from adverse treatment (such as termination, disciplinary action, denial of promotions, and discrimination).
The whistleblower’s identity is protected by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the reports. Anonymous reports are also reviewed, although in such cases the ability to follow up with questions is limited.
Using the internal reporting office helps identify risks early on and prevent harm to employees, the company, and business partners.

The German Whistleblower Protection Act also provides for the option of making an external report. For this purpose, the German federal government has established an external reporting office at the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ).
