LEUKA is a medium-size privately owned company with some 100
employees; it has been a supplier to the aeronautics industry for more then 20 years. During this time, our high quality standards and our flexibility have made us a reliable partner of well-known firms, and today we count companies like Premium Aerotec, Liebherr-Aerospace, Eurocopter Deutschland and Voith Turbo among our customers.

 

Production competence

Our production competence extends from CNC machining and
manufacturing of high-quality structural components to complete
production of complex workpieces. We have an extensive collection
of equipment to draw on, including state-of-the-art CNC machining
assemblies which we then test for functionality.

 

We have particular expertise in the precision deburring and burnishing of highly complex workpieces. With the help of customized tools, our own specially trained employees are able to reach even the smallest bore overlaps and connections located deep in the workpiece and then work on them.

 

Twenty years of experience in sandblasting have made us experts in surface finishing and preparing components for further processing.

 

For quite some time we have been very successful in producing and machining carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic components, which has enabled us to expand our production range and gear it
to meet future challenges.

The reliable quality of LEUKA products is guaranteed by the company’s certification as meeting the quality assurance standards of the Bundesverbandes der Deutschen Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie
e.V. as well as by its TÜV Süd EN 9100:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications.
